ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Sales Account Representative for our agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between the community, customer needs and agency. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Develop client relationships through networking and community involvement.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital presence preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
